EchoMe Inc. (“EchoMe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you use our platform and services.

We retain user data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after inactivity, unless you request deletion sooner. You may delete your account at any time, which will trigger permanent deletion of all user-specific content and metadata.

This policy is governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Disputes will be resolved via private discussion, followed by third-party mediation or arbitration as needed.
